For those of you who do not know me, I am Anthony Gamboa, and I am from Lima-Peru (SouthAmerica). Besides being a Computer Science major student at UIC (College of Engineering), I like playing soccer and the bass guitar when I have time. In addition to soccer, I became interested in tennis and basketball which I also play whenever there is time for my friends and I. One of my favorite soccer teams is Sao Paolo Futbol Club from Brasil. I admire their style and the way they unfold in the field. It seems to me as if they know how to make the game of soccer look much easier than it is.
Coming to the United States opened my mind to many things. I found playing the guitar interesting. In fact, I wanted to learn how to play it or just be around a band so I could learn the basics. The little I know now I owe it to my friends who I jam with every other weekend.
