Mentoring programs

Many of the organizations listed above. In particular, the Women in Science site has an international registry where women scientists can add their names to a searchable registry. In addition, there is a mentoring area where students can log on and connect with a female in science to ask questions or advice on their particular field of interest.

MentorNet is a program devoted exclusively to mentoring for women in science and engineering. It is not available to UIC women at the moment.
