CALL FOR PAPERS
for a special
issue of the journal
ALGORITHMICA
on
Algorithmic Methodologies for processing
Protein Structures, Sequences and
Networks
This is to announce a call for papers for a special issue in the journal “Algorithmica” (published by Springer-Verlag) on “Algorithmic Problems for processing Protein Structures, Protein Sequences and Protein Networks”.
Guest Editors: Piotr Berman, Bhaskar DasGupta, Jie Liang
Submission Deadline for the special issue:
Manuscripts are solicited for a volume of “Algorithmica” on topics concerning the development and analysis of new algorithmic techniques for processing protein sequences, structures and networks. Algorithmica is an international journal which publishes original papers on algorithms with mathematically proven performance. The thorough refereeing of the papers in this series will follow the general procedure and standards of refereeing in the journal.
The following is a non-exhaustive list of possible topics of interest for the special issue:
We are explicitly soliciting papers that
The Guest Editors assure a thorough and timely refereeing process.
