This image was "borrowed" from Apple's Website and is copyright of Apple computer. My name is Mark Tulewicz, and I was born in Chicago, IL. I've lived here all my life and I always attended Chicago Public schools. During the last 12 years of my life, I have spent a lot of time learning and mastering how to use computers and related software. During the last 7 years of my life, I have spent the majority of my waking time, outside of school, friends, and work, online. When I first started web design, the browser of choice was Netscape 1.03, (A great browser!) Times have since then changed a lot. The Internet is packed with people now! It used to be so empty, only members of the "elite" were there. But I'm glad that the Internet has since filled up... More of my friends are online now, if not all of them. For the past 5 years, I have been learning graphical design and trying to increase my skill in animation and related subjects. :) And finally, for the past 2 years, I have been using and learning Visual Basic, which is my current language of choice.

I come from a large high school, Lane Tech, which had a graduating class of 1,000. I was ranked 15th in my class, which is about the top 1.5% of my class. After attending four wonderful years at Lane, I joined UIC's college of Engineering. Currently, I'm studying HTML web design in this course, CS101, as well as C / C++ in my CS 102 course. And the best part is that since computers are my hobby, projects which in other classes might be annoying and worrisome... Are one of my most favorite things in my CS classes. :) I hope to graduate UIC, and get a masters in Computer Science so become a programmer for a reputable software company or a Network Administrator.
