Pen Refill for Quill 700 Series Executive-Width Pens

I got this really nice pen from the ACS for 25 years of service, but when it came time to find a refill for it, I had a hell of a time. I found the pen and the refill at the Quill website, but the shipping was as much as the silly refill. I called around to Office Depot, Staples, and other local office supply stores, but none of them carried the refill, nor knew of a replacement. I looked at dozens of websites, but none had what I was looking for.

I scoured the local Office Depot, trying to match my empty refill and finally found one that seemed to match the size and shape. I tried it and it works great. It cost only $1.71 for two refills. I got the refills immediately - without ordering on the web, without paying $3.95 each and without paying $3.55 shipping!

Pilot G2 Gel Ink Refill - Pilot#77232

I got it in black #77232, but I saw it in blue and red, too. I think it even comes in purple and green, though I didn't see it at Office Depot. You can see it online here.
