Notes:I will follow the course textbook fairly closely, using a mixture of slides (highlighting the main points and with nice illustrations) and more in-depth blackboard derivations/proofs in class. Slides used in class with the main ideas are posted here, but the derivations will be given in class on the whiteboard only.

While I used to post all the slides here, due to copyright issues, I have recently had to take them down. As such, the slides for the notes will be made available by request only, sorry.
