Based on the current budget for the workshop, we do NOT plan to charge any registration fee. The registration fee is being covered by grants provided by sponsors of the workshop. The registration does include full access to the workshop, three nights of accommodation at the workshop hotel (Tues-Thurs), and some meals. Full details on this will be provided later.
You do not need to do anything at this time to "register" for the workshop. If you are an invited participant (this is a by-invitation workshop) and have accepted the invitation to participate, you are on the current participant list. Within the next two weeks (by Sept. 5), you will receive a confirmation email regarding your participation. You will also be given information on how to make your hotel reservation. The workshop hotel (The Allerton Crowne Plaza) is holding a block of rooms. Do not try to make your reservation until we can provide you with the proper instructions (phone number, reservation code, etc.) for the hotel reservations.
